His first vet visit went well, he weighed in at 22.8 pounds and I'm sure he's put on a pound or so since then. It took him about 4 days to get over the jet lag and I felt like I had it as well since I was the one that was up with him in the wee hours of the morning the first couple of days. He seems to have settled in nicely and he had a big first week with us. More on that in future posts but for now I'm happy to report that he appears happy and healthy.
News and Updates on the GraytSky dogs I own (featuring the M&M litter born June 5, 2011)
Volt
After waiting for a year and a half I have finally welcomed a new little boy into my life. Luminate GraytSky Von Silberweiss Jager (Volt) arrived from France on January 7, 2016. Volt is the offspring of Mac (Am/Can/Australian CH Graytsky's Smokin' in Havana), a dog that had quite an impact on many Australian breeders and a number of European breeders while in his prime, and Zenith (Hot Couture von Silberweiss Jager) who is quite accomplished as well both in the showring and the field. His parents combined have some of the most influential dogs of the breed and many of them are still desired by today's breeders and I feel fortunate to have the opportunity to own an offspring of his caliber. Thank you in advance Marie-Gabrielle Thomas (Silberweiss) and Amy Anderson (Graytsky) for entrusting this boy with me.
